Rod's Monday Thoughts

Well, I hate to admit it but Zigi Wilf is a owner who cares about the team and the teams fans after all. He fired Brad Childress this morning as head coach and named Defensive Coordinator Leslie Frazer as the interim head coach for the rest of the season. Actually, Zigi had little choice but to do what he did. He wants a new stadium or in two years, the Vikings might have Los Angeles in front of it instead of Minnesota. So if you want something, you have keep the fans happy, after all they are the ones that are going to pay a huge bundle for the new digs. The Viking fan base said "fire Childress" and after yesterdays destruction at the hands of the Packers, Zigi did what he had to do to keep his new stadium construction hope alive.
