Pierre golfer Miles Schock fired a 69 yesterday and is in a 3 way for third after the first round of the South Dakota Golf Association's State Men's Amateur Golf tournament being golfed in Brookings. Schock, a former Pierre Governor standout golfer, is three shots behind the first round leader Tom Carlson of Sioux Falls. Heath Olson of Pierre and Hillsview Golf Course fired a first round 76 while Carson Moore of Murdo had a first round score of 87.
