Home Run Derby not what it used to be-Rod Fisher

Is it just me as I sit here viewing the home run derby, or does it seem like the balls are not flying out like they used too (Gee, I wonder why) Last year had Josh Hamilton and all those first round home runs. This year 11 was the most in the first round. Joe Mauer is gone in the swing off. There were some outstanding catches in the stands by several of the fans. But there is the one constant to past years. Chris Berman coming up with his corny nicknames. Joe Morgan, letting everybody know he could do better than anyone out there and Steve Philips, being Steve Philips and is just kinda there. Berman makes me tired with all of his excited commentary. I get as worn out as the guys swinging the bats. And the poor guys pitching. They must have rubber arms. OK, Fielder just hit two, really really long dingers out. 503 feet on the last one. And Cruz hit a couple of impressive shots in the first round. Big Mac Land, then the upper balcony and then one out of the park. After further review, the balls are still flying out of the park and Berman still makes me tired. And Erin Andrews' interviews seem to be good tonight. She must have brought her A interview game to the park.
