Sunday's early observations from Rod

Lady Gov tennis have a ESD champion. Alexi Gusso at number 4 singles. Crystal Ortbahn and Eileen Leong were runner up at number 2 doubles. Congratulations girls and coach Bloomberg. Pierre had a 4th place finish in the team race. Where would the Twins be with out Nick Blackburn, Nick Punto and Michael Cuddeyer? We know where they would be without Joe Mauer. Getting ready to enjoy a Sunday of TV watching. In my living room at the same time will be Bears vs. Lions, Bengals vs. Browns, Tigers vs. White Sox and Twins vs. Royals. When you subscribe to NFL Sunday Ticket and Major League Extra Innings on satellite tv, you can do these things. Now, not all tv's are big screen. Only 1 and the Bears are on it. And I think the Kansas City Royals are the team of the future. They just need someone who can hit the ball out of the park 30 times or so a season. They have the pitching. And the Twins are set even if they go to the playoff on Tuesday at 4 p.m. central time from the Metrodome. Scott Baker benefits by getting another day off since they can't play til Tuesday thanks to the true owners of the Dome, the Vikings.
